Telecom is owned and operated by David Wolfe, son of Dr. Gordon Wolfe (retired), who practiced in St. Johns for 35 years. David developed the software for Telecom when he started the company in 1977. In 1995, he founded SpiritOne Internet Services, with a commitment to provide ongoing advances in communication and technology.
